So tonight, I'm listening to FOX Sports Radio on my way home from Starbucks. Just Andrew Siciliano and co-host Krystal Fernandez doing a short segment with former NFL QB Legend Warren Moon. Aparently Moon played in a celebrity football game of some type today out in Glendale, and it was against Doug Flutie. That part of this little nuggett is not important.
I get to thinking about what Moon was up to this time last Super Bowl down in Miami; chasing a lot of tail while in South Beach. Who'd have known this legendary passer I'd come to really like as a kid was such a hound-dog in his old age?
Then they're wrapping things up with Moon and getting his thoughts on the game. Moon mentions that the Giants can't turn the ball over or they'll be in trouble...bla bla bla.
All the sudden Moon ends the interview with this exchange:
Moon: "......well I'm going to be going out on the town tonight so hopefully while I'm out I run into Krystal."
(I'm thinking that's nice Warren, what a friendly guy, hehe) but then it gets worse.
Krystal Fernandez: "I was going to say hi today but I didn't want to bother you during the game (scrimmage Moon played in)."
Moon: "Oh... next time.... bother me! Bother me. Bother me.... Bother me."
And the interview ends suddenly with Siciliano thanking Warren for his time. Moon made it very evident that he'd like nothing more than to have Krystal Fernandez of FOX Sports Radio crumpled up on his Scotsdale floor in the morning, and he didn't care if the entire nation was listening to him oogle.
